Transform your pasta nights with my High Protein Creamy Meatless Pasta Sauce—creamy, flavorful, and loaded with plant-based protein to satisfy your cravings and nourish your body.

INGREDIENTS

◦ 3/4 cup white beans, drained and rinsed
◦ 2/3 cup tomato sauce
◦ 1/4 cup water
◦ 1 tbsp nutritionnal yeast
◦ Pinch of salt and black pepper
◦ Fresh basil

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Add the ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth.

3. Add the sauce to your favorite cooked pasta or store the pasta sauce in a jar and refrigerate.

Keep up to 5 days.
