Looking for a festive, sweet & salty snack this holiday season? This Healthy Christmas Trail Mix is a perfect blend of crunchy, sweet, and savory, making it the ideal treat to fuel your holiday adventures!

INGREDIENTS

◦ 4 cups simply salted popcorn
◦ 1 cup candied almonds
◦ 3/4 cup dried cranberries, unsweetened
◦ 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

INSTRUCTIONS

1. On a cutting board, cut in two the bananas and then again in halves (horizontally). Place each banana slice on a plate.

2. Add about 1/2 tbsp of almond butter on each banana slice and top with 1/2 tbsp of sliced almonds on each one.

3. Drizzle with the melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt.

7. Freeze for at least 15-20 minutes for the chocolate to harden then refrigerate.
